Day 21 Tour of the walled town

We took the guided tour of Visby where upon we were educated about the history of the town and Gotland. According to the guide just about everything that moved through the Baltic was touched by Visby in some way. Gotland was influential in other ways too for example "Gothic" windows came from … Gotland. The original designers were French but they were not permitted to use the design in France so they came to Gotland where it was use extensively.
